Being active has been a part of my identity for as long as I can remember. It all started with being a part of a team and what it feels like to work together and push each other. As a registered nurse for over 10 years, I’ve been blessed to know how lucky I am to have the privilege of being healthy and making it a choice to stay healthy;physically and mentally. I strive to be an example of what dedication and consistency can look like but also remind others that balance is key.Health is wealth!

Crossfit training is what really triggered an inner drive to work hard. I love how it encompasses a multitude of movements and makes me a well rounded athlete! There is ALWAYS something to work on! I will also sniff out the best outdoor track to do HITT circuits and interval training with my weighted vest. Nothing beats blasting your favorite playlist and getting a sweat on in the sun!

My twin sister and I have worked incredibly hard as nurses and we have always shared a common drive for health and fitness. I would love to put this money towards starting a business that shows females that strength is confidence and you can do it while living a balanced life! Unfortunately nursing does not provide incentives or awards for being the best at what you do. I want to put my work ethic and ambition into something that is rewarding mentally, physically and financially!
