What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way is moving my body in every season of life, anchored by a daily hot yoga practice. I never miss. I strength train, play competitive tennis, run marathons, and stay active outdoors year-round on the water paddle boarding sailing swimming and water skiing and in the mountains snow skiing. I make it a point to learn a new sport every year, and I passed that love of movement onto my children. I carry a jump rope with me everywhere I go.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it into expanding accessible wellness- supporting education, recovery, tools, and fitness opportunities for women and children who need them the most. I believe Health is a privilege and I’d use the platform and funds to help others feel strong, confident and in power of their bodies.
