Receive Text UpdatesI work with heart patients every day and I am trying to help people be the healthiest and best versions of themselves. I did a body building competition back in 2017 and ever since then I have strive to not only help myself be healthy and strong but others as well!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I teach bootcamp classes so I use that as my cardio and then do my heavy lifts on the side.
What would you do with $20,000?I am currently in the middle of my gym being remodeled and renewing my equipment so I would be blessed to get 20,000 to go towards that.
