Receive Text UpdatesGymnastics taught me discipline at a young age—how to show up tired, stay consistent, and respect the process long before results appear. That discipline shaped how I approach every day of my life. Movement has always been my anchor, and bodybuilding is quickly becoming no different—another way I practice patience, self-respect, and commitment to becoming stronger in every sense.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is through routines that build both physical and mental strength. Showing up when it’s uncomfortable has become my muse. Strength training, conditioning, and structured routines keep me grounded and remind me that growth usually lives on the other side of choosing what’s hard.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it to invest in my growing family while laying the foundation for a long-term vision: a luxury gym and wellness center designed to feel inspiring, welcoming, and intentional. A space where people enjoy being so much that showing up for themselves becomes natural—setting my family, and my community, up for lasting success.
