This understanding, along with my belief that taking care of my body honors the Lord, helps fuel my ideology of wellness and inspires me to help others lead healthier lives.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I enjoy staying healthy and fit by mixing up sports, weightlifting, and various exercises. I also make sure to eat nutritious foods and get plenty of rest. This balanced approach keeps me motivated, not bored, and helps me feel my best every day.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I'd donate a portion to my church and then pay off some of my college. Then I would give some to my parents, who've always supported me, even when times were rough to show my deep appreciation for their sacrifices. God calls us to give back, so that's what I'd do.
