Receive Text UpdatesMy passion comes from a lifetime of movement and a deep belief that health is our greatest asset. Fitness has helped me navigate personal challenges, stay resilient, and feel empowered in my body. I value strength training, protein-rich nutrition, hydration, mindfulness, and recovery as foundations for longevity. At 69, I’m passionate about helping women see that health, confidence, and vitality can grow stronger with age.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love training in ways that support both strength and longevity. CrossFit gives me functional strength and community, while natural bodybuilding builds muscle and focus. I also prioritize walking, mobility, and breathwork. I’m currently preparing for a bodybuilding competition on May 2, staying active in ways that support confidence, independence, and overall well-being.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the prize to expand access to health and education. I’d gift 100 women aged 60+ access to my 42-Day Second Bloom program, which supports movement, nutrition, mindset, and financial well-being. The remaining funds would help grow resources and outreach so more women feel supported in building healthier, more empowered lives.
