While challenging myself, I become happy, healthy, look better and feel better. I also have such a passion for educating and teaching others how to reach their fitness goals.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training using a split workout and mixing in some bodyweight exercises, cardio, and abs is my favorite.
What would you do with $20,000?Our home was affected by hurricane Helene in September 2024. We lost a lot, had a lot of damage and it needs a lot of repairs. I would use it to replace items that can be replaced and to fix what is damaged.
