What fuels my drive for fitness and health often comes from a deep within I like feeling confident and enjoying life, reducing stress and proving mental clarity and having energy to be present for my family. I have specific goals. I have ran probably 25 marathons over 50 mini marathons. My goal is to make sure I run Boston one more time when I’m 61. Another core motivation is long-term well-being, wanting to live a full, genetic life to avoid health issues and popping pills. I love my life ❤️
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is lifting weights, yoga cardio, or Zumba classes. Why does this work for me? It releases stress it gives me strength and flexibility. It also can show how well-rounded I am to Fitness. In 2026 I will be competing in the NPC bikini Fitness competition. I have been competing for about five years now. This year when I turned 60, I will take the national stage In Pittsburgh. Let’s go. 🩷🙏👙
What would you do with $20,000?If I were to win the 20 K, I would partner with the veterans and identify what their specifics needs are ie housing, job support or mental health. I would work with a reputable, local or national not for profit organization. My favorite the wounded warrior project or my local VFW in Zionsville IN. If I don’t win, I really hope that the individual that does puts it towards a charitable contribution because it’s money that is unbudgeted in a little bit goes a long way.
