My passion for health and fitness was born in a season where I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and quietly losing myself. I was doing all the things for everyone else while neglecting the one body that carried me through it all. Movement became my therapy. Strength rebuilt my confidence. Fueling my body taught me self-respect. This is about survival turning into self-worth. It’s about choosing yourself, healing out loud, and helping others remember they’re worthy of feeling strong & alive again.

I choose weight training because it gives me peace, clarity, and control over my body. Lifting clears my mind and strengthens more than muscle it grounds me. I also enjoy walking because it slows me down, reconnects me, and reminds me to breathe. Whether on a treadmill or outside, movement is my reset. This is how I stay fit, balanced, and rooted in my power strong in body, clear in mind, and aligned.

If I were to win $20,000, it wouldn’t be about luxury it would be about freedom. Freedom from financial pressure, room to breathe, and the ability to move forward with intention. It would help us build on our vision as a family, including creating an at-home gym so my husband and I can chase big goals together and invite others into a healthier life. This isn’t about money it’s about alignment, impact, and building something lasting for our family and community.
