What fuels my passion for health and fitness is that it met me when I was tired, overwhelmed, and trying to hold everything together. I didn’t start because I was confident or disciplined—I started because I needed something that was mine. Something that made me feel strong again when life felt heavy. Now, my passion comes from helping other women feel that same shift—the moment you realize you’re capable, resilient, and worthy of taking care of yourself, even when life isn’t perfect.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Strength training keeps me grounded. It’s how I stay consistent, clear my head, and stay connected to my body.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000, I’d use it to take some pressure off and create stability while I continue building my fitness business. I’d put money toward more education so I can keep growing as a coach. It would also allow me to create more affordable options for women who want guidance but can’t commit to full-time training. Most importantly, it would give me breathing room—the kind that lets you focus, serve better, and move with intention. I’d use it to build something sustainable.
