I’m a Family nurse practitioner/functional medicine practitioner, and l put on 40 lbs during the pandemic. I wanted to have Abs and l wanted to be in shape. I started working out at the gym and went off all carbs that don’t come from fruits and veggies, l stopped drinking, and l started meditating and aligning with what I want and need. Very grateful that my MNP/ Yoga family will vote for me, as they know I love them, and the feeling is mutual! Free votes every day, please.

I love doing hot yoga! I do it every day as it balances my mind, body and energy. I do all kinds of yoga. Hot yoga, yoga sculpt, yin stretch, and aerial yoga. It has changed my life in every way, shape, and form. I love the sense of community that Yoga brings. We cheer for each other, and we support each other. I encourage other yogi's to change their lives by my living example or what transformation can do. A yogi should win this because we exercise our minds along with our bodies!

I would invest the 20k into advertising my brand, as l am also an author and l would love to have enough money to promote my books. I have books on the law of attraction, female health, how to study for your FNP boards, help with learning Spanish, The law of abundance, and a few abundance journals🫶🏾. Furthermore, I would certainly love to have the money to properly market my books.
