My passion is fueled by my extreme weight loss. My passion is fueled by the fear of ever being 354 pounds again. My passion is fueled by pouring my knowledge, my pain, and my intentional mindset into others—especially women, and soon, young girls. This isn’t hype. This is survival. This is my purpose. This is me choosing every single day to lead, to teach, and to show what’s possible.

My favorite way to train and stay fit is by approaching it with happiness. I dance, and dance, and dance while I work out. I pump myself up with the inner energy of music—it pushes me just a little bit further every time. And I pour that same energy into others, each and every day.

I’d pour it back into my health, my vision, and my purpose—creating more for women to heal, move, and believe in themselves. I’d use it to build opportunities for women who feel stuck in bodies they don’t recognize, and I’d start laying the groundwork to reach young girls before they ever lose themselves. My purpose excites me more than money but I would be happy if I won. Changing lives does. Making sure I never go back to who I once was, while helping others rise into who they’re meant to be.
