Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for health and fitness is fueled by my results. Maintaining a healthy weight, increased strength & endurance, muscle growth & symmetry, better sleep & quality of life… Prior to my military service I mostly did cardio with light weights. Later when I was diagnosed with MS, I started switching up routines, lifting heavier, and getting serious about nutrition. Health and fitness are some of the best ways to prevent and reverse disease. It’s been life-changing, plus I genuinely enjoy it!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit? That’s a tough one… I enjoy many things from weightlifting in the gym, cycling outdoors, HIIT, trail rucking, leisurely jogs... I’ve tried powerlifting too and liked that as well (although I’m no pro). What I do most frequently, however, is dumbbell/equipment circuits or calisthenics in the gym or at home. I love switching things up so it stays interesting and challenges my body and mind in new ways. That’s my favorite way to train… keeping it fun and fresh, then refueling with a great meal.
What would you do with $20,000?Normally my answer would be to invest it. Absolutely. However, I recently did a HUGE reset in my life… packed up my car and moved cross-country, cleaned out a bunch of messy areas, offloaded some dead weight, and now I’m adding onto my business. With $20,000 I would make sure I’m set up to focus on what I need to prioritize, then maybe get some new fitness equipment before investing the rest. Investments are how I’m able to travel and do what I enjoy, so even if there’s only a bit left, invest!
