Over time, training became my anchor during intense financial stress, sharpening my focus and steadying my mental health. The greatest reward has been inspiring family and friends to begin their own health journeys.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is strength training—lifting heavy and pushing limits. As a mom of five and a grandma to one (with another on the way), it’s empowering to be stronger and in better shape than ever. At 40, knocking out 10 pull-ups proves that strength has no age limit.
What would you do with $20,000?I would be able to grow my nature photography business and become a personal trainer so I can continue to develop myself while giving others the confidence to go after their dreams.
