Receive Text UpdatesTime & Grace yields Progress...not Perfection. That is my life's motto, and I want to be a walking example of that! In a world that easily shows us why we can't, I am passionate about helping people realize they are more powerful than they think. Not only by working to achieve their health milestones and building lasting habits for the longevity of their future, but because I know the positive impact it makes for them in their quality of life going forward.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love to meal prep every Sunday (both on and off season) to keep me on a well-balanced nutrition routine. Although it takes some time, I enjoy cooking my meals and placing them in easy grab and go containers for each day. I also love to stay consistent with a 5–6-day workout routine each week so that I can be sure I get everything in each week. Training and workouts include 30-60 minutes of cardio, ab workouts, strength training (on a split routine), active recovery, and self-care/rest days.
What would you do with $20,000?I would pay towards my son's college tuition (he just started in the Fall of 2025), invest in a college 529 plan for my daughter before she starts college in 2028, put 2-3 months of expenses in a high yield savings account, take a much-needed family vacation and even buy myself some new candles (I love scents and candles)!
