Fitness taught me that strength isn’t about perfection, it’s about showing up, adapting, and trusting your body again after challenges. I’m driven by becoming stronger mentally and physically, and by inspiring other women to train for capability, not just appearance.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love training in ways that challenge both my body and mind, strength training, conditioning, and jiu jitsu. Jiu jitsu has taught me discipline, problem-solving, and resilience, while lifting and functional training build strength and durability. Together, they make me feel capable, grounded, and confident in my body.
What would you do with $20,000?I would give back to my mom and family for the support they’ve given me, and invest in my long-term growth. I’d put it toward education, certifications, and resources to build myself as a coach in health, fitness, nutrition, and jiu jitsu. My goal is to help others build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through movement and discipline.
