My fuel is a healthy mindset, confidence and being comfortable in my own skin at the age of 52 I found this journey to be therapeutic and I found myself again. This journey was not easy I faced many life obstacles that brought me down but digging deep inside for the strength, courage, guidance, discipline and the drive it made me stay focus. My journey has only just began and I have many more goals to achieve fitness gave me the gift to heal , move forward and with that I met Me again.
