What fuels my passion for fitness is transformation. After retiring as a national-level gymnast and later going through a separation that stripped away my identity and purpose, fitness became how I rebuilt myself. Training gave me strength, confidence, and direction when I felt lost. Now, I’m driven to help others reclaim their power, because everyone deserves to feel strong and confident in their own body.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is structured, high intensity hypertrophy training. As a competitive bodybuilder, I follow a very disciplined plan that focuses on building specific muscle groups with precision and purpose. Pushing my body to its limits gives me a deep sense of accomplishment and euphoria you only get from training at a high level. That discipline fuels me, while I bring balance and sustainability to my clients.

What would you do with $20,000?

Winning $20,000 would allow me to fully step into the next phase of my life and business after rebuilding from a challenging chapter. I would reinvest it into APX Physiques to expand my reach, hire and mentor another trainer, and create more opportunities for people to reclaim their strength and confidence through fitness. This investment would multiply far beyond me and positively impact countless lives.
