Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for health and fitness was born from survival, not vanity. At 252 pounds, I was struggling mentally and physically. Becoming healthier meant choosing life for myself and for my daughters. Fitness became my therapy, my strength, and my proof that I can overcome hard things. I’m not just surviving anymore; I’m thriving, present, and committed to staying strong for the life I’m building.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train and stay fit is through a mix of running, strength training, and staying active every day. Running clears my mind and reminds me of how far I’ve come, while strength training makes me feel powerful and capable. Movement is my therapy, it keeps me grounded, strong, and consistent, both physically and mentally.
What would you do with $20,000?Invest in my daughters, also take them on their first vacation.
