Veronica Garcia

I started my fitness journey June 2022. My passion for health and fitness is fueled by honoring my father who passed away in 2018. I've transformed grief into a powerful force for my physical and mental well-being during these past years. My passion is also fueled by getting stronger, gaining more confidence, a sense of accomplishment, my personal goals, believing that I CAN do it, inspiring other women, the joy of movement, and community support.

I love HIST (High- Intensity Strength Training) workouts and train at the Camp Transformation Center in Whittier, CA. I began my fitness journey there and have gone through a full transformation. We have a great community who supports each other. The Camp is truly my second home. I also love running. The feeling after I finish a run is not comparable to anything else. It's that fresh air that gets me in a pumped state of mind. I also enjoy walking, hiking, and cycling.

I would become a trainer and invest in a gym. Purchase gym equipment and start a gym or fitness studio for women and men where I can offer group fitness classes. I would love to be part of women's fitness journeys, share my story to inspire them, and transform lives. That would be incredibly rewarding to me.
