My passion for health stemmed from wanting to change the scale, as everyone’s is. However after losing weight, I started to realize I love being strong and I love the way I feel. With bettering myself, I was now able to help others learn the correct body mechanics, and diet. I was able to help create generational health in my family, and have inspired them all to stay healthy. Additionally, I graduated nursing school and will continue to help my community. HEALTH IS WEALTH
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train and stay fit is playing soccer and (attempting) calisthenics! But I definitely don’t lack in the weight room!
What would you do with $20,000?with $20,000 I could finally be able to help my mom with bills, and use the rest to pay off my student loans. When a blessing of this capacity reaches someone, it is always good to pay it forward!
