What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is strength training combined with functional movement and cardio. I focus on building lean muscle, improving endurance, and staying mobile. I also enjoy walking, stretching, and active recovery to support longevity and balance. Fitness for me isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about strength, performance, and overall health.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest in expanding health and fitness education through community wellness initiatives, fitness content, and outreach programs that promote preventive care, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits—especially for women and underserved communities.
