“My passion for health & fitness is fueled by a desire to feel strong, energized, & balanced, both physically & mentally. I’m motivated by consistently being able to participate in extreme sports I’ve enjoyed since I was a child! Being physically & emotionally strong gives me confidence in my skills as an athlete! It’s also given me an incredible, wonderful life! As an instructor in skiing, spin, & dance, I’m able to share my love of sports, inspire, & motivate others to be active & healthy!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Living in Utah, I love being outdoors & do a lot of cross training, because I love so many different sports! Riding a bike & dancing have always been a constant in my life along with water sports, team sports, snow skiing, hiking, & weight training! Windsurfing has probably been my most challenging sport & motivates me the most to be physically fit, because it’s you against the wind & it takes strength, proper technique, & determination to persevere when conditions are not perfect!
What would you do with $20,000?As an avid snow skier skiing 100+ days a season, $20,000 would help me check off “Heli-Skiing” from my “Bucket List!” It would be an absolute dream come true!
