Training isn’t just about how my body looks it’s how I manage stress, stay present, and show up fully for my work, my relationships, and myself. Consistency, not extremes, is what keeps me strong
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it into long-term health and impact advanced training, recovery tools, and mental wellness resources that help me perform at my best. I’d also use part of it to support community wellness initiatives and education, because health isn’t just personal it’s collective. When people feel strong mentally and physically, they lead better lives and lift others with them.
