What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is a mix of strength training and functional movement. Lifting builds confidence and resilience, while functional workouts keep me agile, balanced, and strong in everyday life. I also love mixing in cardio—whether it’s walking, cycling, or intervals—to clear my mind and boost endurance. Fitness, for me, is about consistency, discipline, and celebrating what my body can do, not just how it looks.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it inspire other women the way I have been inspired. Identify and fund a non profit that supports women’s health and fitness initiatives. I would also take a little and invest it in myself.
