Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Health and fitness gave me my life back, physically and mentally. I love proving to people (and myself) that you can be strong, capable, and resilient no matter where you’re starting from. I’m passionate about helping others build confidence, especially in ways that translate to real life: performance, energy, and feeling proud of your body. I also want to help people see that nothing is impossible.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

During my workweek, weekdays are strength training in the gym. Weekends are performance: skiing on the mountain, hiking, and skydiving at drop zones in California or Southern Nevada. This year I realized fitness isn’t one place or one routine- it’s anything that builds strength, confidence, community, and capability. The gym supports my sports, and my sports keep fitness exciting.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’d use $20,000 to build a fitness career that reaches people who usually get left out. I wasn’t always in a place where coaching, classes, or “wellness” felt accessible- and I know I’m not alone. I’d invest in education, insurance, and equipment, then fund free sessions and scholarships so people dealing with mental health struggles or financial stress can still get support. Essentially, build my fitness career to be a support system for our community.
